Who processes your data
Eldar Gafarov and team, marketing services for tattoo artists and studios, are the recipients of data submitted through the application form on this website. For any privacy-related question, contact gafarov.eldar@gmail.com.
What data we collect
When you submit the application form, we collect: your name, email, studio or artist Instagram (optional), the services you're interested in, and your message describing your task. If you accept cookies, this site also collects standard analytics data (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location) via Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or Meta Pixel.
Why we collect it
Application form data is used exclusively to contact you about promotion services and prepare a proposal. Analytics data, only collected after you accept cookies, is used to understand visitor behavior and measure advertising effectiveness.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent: by submitting the application form you consent to being contacted about it, and by accepting the cookie banner you consent to analytics and advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Where your data is stored
Applications are stored in a PostgreSQL database (hosted by Neon or a similar provider), and notifications about new applications are sent via Resend. This website itself is hosted on Vercel.
Cookies & analytics
Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or Meta Pixel scripts only load after you actively accept the cookie banner. If you decline or take no action, none of these scripts run.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent to processing at any time — contact gafarov.eldar@gmail.com.
